Förändringsstopp För att säkerställa stabil drift under jul- och nyårsperioden gäller förändringsstopp i Card Network Solutions system och tjänster från fredag den 12 december 2025 till och med söndag den 11 januari 2026. Under perioden kommer endast viktiga säkerhetsuppdateringar samt åtgärder i samband med incidenter eller ändringar med starka verksamhetsskäl att få dispens.
Förändringsstoppet omfattar vår applikations- och nätverksmiljö, inklusive IT-system, driftmiljöer, klientdatorer, programvaror och IT-tjänster. Har ni projekt, aktiviteter eller initiativ som kräver förändringsarbete under perioden, vänligen kontakta oss i god tid för planering.

Change Freeze To ensure stable operations during the Christmas and New Year period, a change freeze will be in effect across Card Network Solutions systems and services from Friday, December 12, 2025, through Sunday, January 11, 2026. During this period, only critical security updates and changes required due to incidents or strong business reasons will be granted exceptions.
The change freeze applies to our application and network environment, including IT systems, production environments, client computers, software, and IT services. If you have projects, activities, or initiatives requiring changes during this period, please contact us well in advance for planning.

Planerat underhållsarbete nätverksmiljö Card Network Solutions kommer att genomföra ett planerat uppgraderingsarbete i nätverks- och produktionsmiljön under natten till tisdag den 25 november 2025, mellan klockan 22:00 och 01:00 (svensk tid). Arbetet påverkar inte applikationen Allkort, men kan medföra störningar i anslutande tjänster, främst åtkomst till Mina sidor API samt terminaler som ansluter till vår SFTP-tjänst.
Under arbetets gång kan det förekomma tillfälliga avbrott i kommunikationen med dessa tjänster. Den beräknade maximala nedtiden är cirka 30 minuter. Allkort kommer att vara tillgänglig som vanligt under hela perioden. Vid oförutsedda händelser finns teknisk personal på plats för att minimera eventuella driftstörningar.

Scheduled Maintenance Work Card Network Solutions will perform scheduled upgrade work in our network and production environment during the night of Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, between 10:00 PM and 01:00 AM (CET). The work will not directly affect the Allkort application, but may cause disruptions to connected services, primarily access to the Mina sidor API and terminals connecting to our SFTP service.
Temporary interruptions in communication with these services may occur during the maintenance window. The expected maximum downtime is approximately 30 minutes. Allkort will remain fully available throughout the entire period. In case of unforeseen issues, technical staff will be on-site to minimize any disruption.
