We would like to inform you about an update of our network infrastructure (Dordrecht, the Netherlands) at
- Monday September, 15th 2025 between 10:00 and 14:00 CEST

Trigger: our Internet Server Provider (ISP) will perform an enhancement of the DFS internet lines.

Impact: Following services can experience short intermittent disconnections:
- Oase B (Dordrecht, the Netherlands)
o Oase site A (Turnhout, Belgium) remains fully operational, no issues are expected.

It is anticipated not to use the entire scheduled maintenance time and therefore the impact will be reduced to a minimum."

För att inte påverka driften under sommar och semesterperioder så gäller förändringsstopp i Card Network Solutions system och tjänster under perioden måndag den 7 juli till och med söndag den 17 augusti 2025. Under förändringsstoppet kommer enbart viktiga säkerhetsuppdateringar och åtgärder i samband med incidenter, eller ändringar med starka verksamhetsskäl att få dispens.

Vi vill härmed uppmärksamma kunder och samarbetspartner om förändringsstoppet i vår applikations- och nätverksmiljö. Förändringsstoppet gäller utveckling och driftsättning av funktionalitet i CNS IT-miljö (IT-system, driftmiljöer, klientdatorer, programvaror och IT-tjänster). Har ni projekt, aktiviteter eller initiativ som kräver förändringsarbete och planering, hör av er till oss.

To avoid affecting operations during the summer and holiday period, a change freeze will be in effect for Card Network Solutions' systems and services from Monday, July 7th to Sunday, August 17th, 2025. Only important security updates and measures related to incidents, or changes with strong business reasons, will be allowed during the change freeze.

The change freeze applies to the development and deployment of functionality in CNS IT environment (IT systems, operating environments, client computers, software, and IT services).
