The fuel card authorisation platform and OCAS portal will be unavailable for a duration of approximately 30 minutes during this period. Transaction authorisations will be unavailable, or will operate with reduced limits during this period, depending on the capabilities of the site where drawing is attempted.

Scheduled - Planerat underhållsarbete nätverksmiljö
Card Network Solutions kommer under natten måndag den 20 oktober, mellan klockan 22:00 och 01:00, att genomföra ett planerat uppgraderingsarbete i vår nätverks- och produktionsmiljö. Arbetet påverkar inte applikationen Allkort, men kan medföra störningar i anslutande tjänster – främst åtkomst mot Mina sidor API samt för terminaler som ansluter mot vår SFTP-tjänst.

Under arbetets gång kan det förekomma tillfälliga avbrott i kommunikationen med dessa tjänster. Den förväntade maximala nedtiden är 30 minuter. Allkort kommer att vara tillgänglig som vanligt under hela perioden. Om det oförutsedda händer har vi personal på plats för att avbrottet ska bli så kort som möjligt.

Scheduled Maintenance Work
Card Network Solutions will be performing scheduled upgrade work in the our network and production environment during the night of Monday, October 20th, between 10:00 PM and 01:00 AM (CEST). The work will not affect the Allkort application directly, but may cause disruptions to connected services – primarily access to the Mina sidor API and terminals connecting to our SFTP service.

Temporary interruptions in communication with these services may occur during the maintenance window. The expected maximum downtime is 30 minutes. Allkort will remain fully available throughout the entire period. In case of unforeseen issues, we have staff on-site to minimize the duration of any disruption.
