Underhållsarbete Allkort 10 mars 2026 / Maintenance Allkort March 10th Mar 10, 2026 22:00 - Mar 11, 2026 02:00 CET
Card Network Solutions kommer att genomföra uppgraderingsarbete i produktionsmiljön för applikationen Allkort under natten till onsdag den 11 mars, mellan klockan 22:00 och 02:00 (svensk tid).
Arbetet innebär ett längre avbrott i kommunikationen för anslutna terminaler och kortsamarbeten, med en beräknad maximal nedtid om cirka 120 minuter. Under avbrottet kan transaktioner från anläggningarna inte skickas in till Allkort. Auktorisation av bankkort fungerar som vanligt. I övrigt kommer anläggningarna att vara offline, och transaktioner (i de fall terminalen accepterar offlineköp) skickas in automatiskt efter att driften återupptagits. Kommunikation med PLC och pejl kan också påverkas.
Det kommer inte att vara möjligt att logga in eller arbeta i Allkort under underhållsperioden. Teknisk personal finns på plats för att säkerställa att avbrottet blir så kort som möjligt.

Card Network Solutions will perform upgrade work in the production environment of the Allkort application during the night of Tuesday, March 10, to Wednesday, March 11, between 10:00 PM and 02:00 AM (CET).
The maintenance will result in an extended communication interruption for connected terminals and card collaborations, with an expected maximum downtime of approximately 120 minutes. During this period, transactions from sites cannot be transmitted to Allkort. Bank card authorizations will continue to function as normal. Sites will otherwise operate offline, and transactions (if the terminal allows offline purchases) will be transmitted automatically once operations resume. Communication with PLC and level gauging systems may also be affected.
It will not be possible to log in to or operate within Allkort during the maintenance window. Technical staff will be on-site to ensure that the disruption is kept as short as possible.
