Planerat underhållsarbete nätverksmiljö
Card Network Solutions kommer att genomföra ett planerat uppgraderingsarbete i nätverks- och produktionsmiljön tisdag den 13 oktober, mellan klockan 21:00 och 00:00 (svensk tid). Syftet med uppgraderingen är att förbättra prestanda och stabilitet i vår infrastruktur.
Under arbetets gång kommer tillfälliga avbrott att förekomma för anslutna terminaler och kortsamarbeten. Transaktioner från anläggningar kan då inte skickas in till Allkort. Auktorisation av bankkort fungerar som vanligt, men övriga funktioner kommer att vara offline. Transaktioner som hanteras offline skickas in automatiskt efter avbrottet i de fall terminalen tillåter offlineköp. Den förväntade totala nedtiden är maximalt 15 minuter.
Det kan resultera i att er session i Allkort blir frånkopplad, testa då att ansluta igen. Teknisk personal finns på plats under hela fönstret för att minimera driftstörningar.

Scheduled Maintenance Work
Card Network Solutions will perform a planned upgrade of the network and production environment on Tuesday, October 13, between 21:00 and 00:00 CEST. The purpose of the upgrade is to improve the performance and stability of our infrastructure.
During the maintenance window, temporary interruptions will occur for connected terminals and card services. Transactions from facilities will not be able to be submitted to Allkort during these interruptions. Bank card authorizations will continue to function as normal, but other services will be offline. Transactions handled offline will be submitted automatically once the interruption has ended, provided that the terminal supports offline purchases. The expected total downtime is a maximum of 15 minutes.
This may result in your Allkort session being disconnected. If this occurs, please try to reconnect. Technical staff will be available throughout the maintenance window to minimize any service disruptions.
