Akut underhållsarbete – brandvägg och nätverksmiljö Card Network Solutions genomför akut underhåll i vår brandväggs- och nätverksmiljö onsdagen den 4 november 2026 kl. 22:00–23:00 (CET).
Arbetet gäller den underliggande infrastrukturen och genomförs för att säkerställa fortsatt hög tillgänglighet och säker drift av våra tjänster. Vi har fått rekommendationen att genomföra åtgärden utan dröjsmål och behöver därför informera med kort varsel.
Under underhållet kan störningar och tillfälliga avbrott förekomma i Allkort. Om ni arbetar i Allkort under denna tid rekommenderar vi att ni sparar ert arbete regelbundet.
Tillfälliga kommunikationsavbrott kan även förekomma för terminaler som ansluter via VPN. Under avbrotten är berörda anläggningar offline, med undantag för auktorisation av bankkort, som fungerar som vanligt. Eventuella transaktioner som terminalerna accepterar offline skickas in när kommunikationen har återställts.
Underhållsfönstret är en timme. Den sammanlagda nedtiden beräknas till högst tio minuter inom detta tidsfönster.
Personal finns på plats under arbetet för att hantera eventuella oförutsedda problem och begränsa avbrottstiden. Vi ber om ursäkt för det korta varslet och tackar för ert tålamod och er förståelse.

Urgent Maintenance – Firewall and Network Environment Card Network Solutions will carry out urgent maintenance on our firewall and network environment on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, from 22:00 to 23:00 (CET).
The work concerns the underlying infrastructure and is intended to ensure the continued high availability and secure operation of our services. We have been advised to carry out this work without delay and therefore need to provide this notice at short notice.
Disruptions and temporary interruptions may occur in Allkort during the maintenance. If you are working in Allkort during this time, we recommend saving your work regularly.
Temporary communication interruptions may also occur for terminals connected via VPN. During these interruptions, affected sites will operate offline, except for bank card authorizations, which will continue to function as normal. Any transactions accepted offline by the terminals will be transmitted once communication has been restored.
The maintenance window is one hour. Total downtime is estimated to be no more than ten minutes within this window.
Staff will be on site throughout the work to address any unforeseen issues and keep downtime as short as possible. We apologize for the short notice and thank you for your patience and understanding.
