Akut underhållsarbete – brandvägg och nätverksmiljö Card Network Solutions kommer kvällen tisdag den 6 oktober, mellan 21:00 och 23:00 (CEST), att genomföra ett akut underhållsarbete i vår brandvägg och nätverksmiljö. Arbetet är en förändring i den underliggande infrastrukturen för att säkerställa fortsatt hög tillgänglighet och säker drift av våra tjänster. Vi är rekommenderade att göra denna åtgärd utan dröjsmål.
Arbetet påverkar applikationen Allkort, arbetar ni under denna tid bör man spara sitt arbete med jämna mellanrum. Underhållet kan medföra störningar för terminaler som ansluter via VPN. Det kan förekomma tillfälliga avbrott i kommunikationen med dessa terminaler under underhållet. Auktorisation av bankkort kommer att fungera som vanligt, men i övrigt kommer anläggningarna att vara offline, och eventuella transaktioner som terminalen accepterar offline skickas in när arbetet är avslutat. Den förväntade totala nedtiden är maximalt 15 minuter.
Om det oförutsedda händer finns personal på plats för att avbrottet ska bli så kort som möjligt. Vi ber om ursäkt för det korta varslet och tackar för ert tålamod och er förståelse under avbrottet.

Urgent Maintenance – Firewall and Network Environment Card Network Solutions will perform urgent maintenance work on our firewall and network environment on the evening of Tuesday, October 6, between 21:00 and 23:00 (CEST).
This work involves changes to the underlying infrastructure to ensure the continued availability, security, and stability of our services. We have been advised to carry out this action without delay.
The maintenance will affect the Allkort application. If you are working during this time, we recommend saving your work regularly. The maintenance may also cause disruptions for terminals connected via VPN. Temporary interruptions in communication with these terminals may occur during the maintenance window.
Bank card authorizations will continue to function as normal. However, all other services at the sites will be offline, and any transactions accepted offline by the terminals will be transmitted once the maintenance has been completed. The expected total downtime is a maximum of 15 minutes.
Should any unforeseen issues arise, personnel will be on site to ensure that any disruption is kept as short as possible. We apologize for the short notice and thank you for your patience and understanding during this maintenance window.
